The Ship's open kitchen is famed for supplying freshly cooked food of an excellent standard to its clients in the restaurant and bar all year round.

Led by Head Chef Shaun Harrington, the kitchen brigade continues this tradition with passion and vitality. At the Ship we only source fresh produce and almost everything is prepared from the simplest raw ingredients, which ensures our menus are always seasonal. For additional variety we change many of our dishes daily.

The restaurant menu is served both throughout the pub and in our extended restaurant and private garden. The outdoor barbeque kitchen fires up whenever the sun comes out or the temperature creeps above 14 degrees.

We can also provide barbecues and set menus for parties and functions held in the bar area; please email us for further details. We do not offer a set children's menu but are happy to prepare smaller portions of most of our dishes at half price for all junior diners.

Our ‘Friends of The Ship’ Menu is running throughout November and is only £15 for three courses. Available Sunday evening through to Friday Lunch. Definitely worth a trip to see us.
